Theron Humanitarian International is a global company with international partner corporations that will enable us to expand globally. Established in 1990 thru the vision of Founder and Chairman, Cornelius Theron, Theron Humanitarian International are not limited by the laws, sanctions, tariffs, or taxes of any single country. Theron Humanitarian International is a 508(c)(1)(A) entity and by that rule, a tax-exempt faith-based organization, such as a church, integrated auxiliary, or convention of churches, that is automatically exempt under the IRS code. Unlike 501(c)(3) organizations, we are not required to file for formal recognition with the IRS, allowing us to operate without filing annual 990 forms.
Theron Humanitarian operates as part of/under our flagship company, Theron International Foundation (TIF).
Our mission is to expand a global Humanitarian agenda to prevent slavery and human trafficking and also help with humanitarian disasters listed below.
Additionally, Theron Humanitarian International, as a humanitarian company, aims to alleviate human suffering and help rebuild areas in the world that were impacted by earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, and other natural disasters. This is particularly important considering that governments only contribute funding if it is politically expedient for them or beneficial. Private corporations can do so much more and have more freedom to do good.
Theron Humanitarian International is not only a leading humanitarian company but also a dedicated global “safe lives” organization. We focus on providing aid and support to countries affected by natural disasters and other unforeseen crises, often called “acts of God.”
Our initiatives aim to deliver essential resources such as electricity and water, food and money, to support recovery efforts and alleviate human suffering in communities worldwide that have been impacted by these events.
